Our sitters radius typically is within a 15-Minute radius of New Albany library. If you’re just outside the radius, please contact us as we may be able to assist.

Yes! We always assign one dedicated sitter for your overnight stay. If for any reason that sitter isn’t able to do the full sit, we’ll notify you in advance and make sure you’re comfortable with the backup.
For daytime drop-ins, you may see a few different team members — some overnight sitters aren’t available during the day, so our daytime staff may help with those visits. Either way, your pets will always be cared for by trusted members of our team. -
f an emergency or illness comes up — which is rare, but can happen — our team will act quickly to make sure your pets are still cared for. We’ll first explore our available backup sitters and develop a plan, then reach out to you right away for approval before making any changes.

If you’re already a current client in our system, we can sometimes accommodate short-notice trips depending on our availability. While we’ll always do our best to help, we strongly recommend booking in advance whenever possible to secure your spot and ensure consistent care.

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your sitter.
If you cancel 7 or more days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled sit will forfeit the 50% retainer, as we’ve reserved that time specifically for your booking.
