We can access your home using a garage code or a lockbox. You’re welcome to use your own lockbox, or we can provide one for you to borrow at no cost. For security reasons, we don’t handle loose keys without a lockbox.
If you ever change your codes, just update us before your scheduled visit — we’ll make sure everything stays smooth and secure. -
We do our best to provide consistent care with familiar faces! Each client is assigned a primary walker who handles most visits, along with one or two backup walkers for coverage when needed.
Because we operate as a team-based model, the number of walkers you’ll meet depends on your schedule — for example, clients who book multiple visits per day or include evenings and weekends may see a few more team members than those who schedule just once or twice a week.
This approach helps us ensure reliable, uninterrupted care no matter what. -
We do offer both weekend and evening walks. Weekend visits include 15- and 25-minute options with a $7 surcharge, and evening visits after 6 PM include a $5 surcharge. These fees ensure fair pay for our walkers while maintaining the same level of quality care.

If you’re already a regular client in our system, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — we know life happens!
For new clients, we do require a meet & greet before your first visit. This helps us get to know your dog, your home setup, and important details like leash location, feeding routines, and comfort preferences. Once that’s complete, booking on short notice becomes much easier in the future! -
We understand that plans can change! You’re welcome to cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Within 24 hours, we allow two free short-notice cancellations per month — after that, the full visit fee applies.
If you need to cancel due to inclement weather (like heavy rain, snow, school or work closures, etc.), there’s no fee. We always aim to be fair and flexible while keeping our walkers’ time respected.
